Welcome to Veritern Nexus SL. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of training, coaching, and consultancy services provided by Veritern Nexus SL (“Consultancy”) to you, the customer (“Customer” or “You”). By purchasing services from us, you agree to these terms, which form a legally binding agreement. Please review them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
We offer a variety of services described on our website. Services can be modified at our discretion with notice where practicable.
2. Purchase and Payment
2.1 Ordering Services are purchasable through our website or direct contact. Prices are stated in EURO and exclude VAT, applicable based on the customer’s location.
2.2 Payment Terms Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed. We accept multiple payment methods. Late payments incur a 5% interest above the ECB rate per annum and recovery costs as per Law 3/2004.
3. Delivery of Services
We aim to deliver services by the agreed dates. Delivery methods include in-person, online platforms, or otherwise agreed methods.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property in provided materials remains with Veritern Nexus SL or its licensors.
5. Data Protection
We adhere to GDPR guidelines to protect personal data. Read our Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Refunds Full refunds are provided if cancellation occurs 15 business days before the scheduled event.
6.2 Cancellations Cancellations within 10 business days can be credited towards future events. Rescheduling within 10 business days incurs a 100€ fee.
6.3 No-Shows No refunds or credits for failure to attend.
6.4 Event Changes In case of event changes, options include a discount on future courses or a full refund.
7. Certification Consent
Consent to store personal details for certification purposes with entities like Kanban University. Withdrawal of consent is permitted, but certain details must be retained for certification validity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability for direct damages is limited to the service purchase amount. Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.
9. Termination
Services may be terminated by either party via written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services upon breach of terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Madrid, Spain. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Madrid’s courts.
11. Amendments
Terms may be amended with changes posted on our website.
12. Severability
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
13. Professional Accreditation and Auditing
13.1 ICF and Kanban University Auditing Consent In compliance with the accreditation requirements of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Kanban University, you consent to Veritern Nexus SL storing and sharing your contact details (name, email address, and phone number) with these entities based in the United States for the purpose of auditing coaching hours and certification processes. This auditing is essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of our coaching and training services.
14.2 Contact by ICF and Kanban University You also consent to being contacted by the ICF and Kanban University regarding your coaching sessions or training as part of their auditing and certification process. This may include follow-up communications related to the status of your coaching hours, certification, and ongoing professional development.
14.3 Data Export Agreement You expressly agree to the transfer of your personal data to the United States, understanding that the ICF and Kanban University will handle your data in accordance with their privacy policies and United States law, which may not provide the same level of data protection as in your jurisdiction.
14.4 Withdrawal of Consent You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing. However, please be aware that withdrawal of consent may affect the validity of your coaching hours or certification status under ICF and Kanban University accreditation.
14.5 Privacy and Data Protection All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, ensuring that your data is treated with confidentiality and respect.

14. Final Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between Veritern Nexus SL and the Customer.
