Event Attendee and Ticket Purchaser Information
If you create, submit, import, save, or publish event ticket information, as well as obtain RSVPs or purchase tickets to events, such information is retained in the local database:
Attendees information (RSVPs and Tickets): name and email address.
Ticket information (RSVPs and Tickets): name, email address, and ticket number/SKU (via check-in page).
Ticket purchaser information: name and email address.
Ticket purchaser billing address, which is collected through the use of WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or PayPal.
API Keys
We make use of certain API keys to provide specific features. These API keys may include the following third-party services: Google Maps and PayPal.
Automated Notifications
Amelia WP plugin helps us keep you updated and reduce no-shows by sending SMS, Email, and WhatsApp notifications and reminders. You can choose to receive notifications about upcoming events, appointments, and their statuses. Custom notifications can also be created and scheduled to be sent at specific times.
Security and Data Protection
We are committed to ensuring your data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
International Data Transfers
We may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to the United States, where the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Kanban University are based. These transfers are necessary for certification and auditing purposes.
