To ensure you get the most out of each coaching session, please consider the following:

• Quiet Space: Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. This helps maintain focus and privacy.
• Reliable Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable. We recommend using a wired connection if possible, or a strong Wi-Fi signal to maintain video quality without interruptions.
• Appropriate Devices: Use a device with a camera and microphone. This could be your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Make sure it’s charged or plugged in during the session.
• Preparation: Have any relevant materials or notes ready. If you have specific goals or issues you wish to discuss, prepare a brief list to share with your coach.
• Mindset: Come prepared to engage openly and honestly. Coaching is more effective when you are ready to explore new perspectives and make changes.
• Privacy and Confidentiality: Your sessions are private, and all shared information remains confidential under the ICF Code of Ethics. Additionally, we adhere to GDPR regulations to protect your personal data.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
