How technical will the content be?
Not technical at all. We focus exclusively on the strategic, governance, and leadership aspects of AI, with all concepts explained in business terms.
Will I receive preparation materials before the event?
We help busy people; therefore we have found preparation materials are not helpful. We aim to cover everything needed during the event.
We may be in touch with a brief survey so we can find out more about you. This helps us ensure you get the best value and for us to tailor the event to those attending.
Is there any follow-up support after the summit?
Yes, in addition to the useful contacts you will make at the event, we will offer follow up sessions with you to assist with implementation.

- Before bookings open, you can register interest to reserve your potential place.
- If the event is confirmed and places are available, you’ll be able to book directly.
- The interest list applies only to this specific event.
Refund & Flexibility
- Cancel up to 14 days before the event for a full refund.
- Cancel between 14 and 7 days in advance to receive a 50% refund.
- Within the final 7 days, refunds aren’t possible — but you can transfer your place to a colleague up to 48 hours before.
- If Veritern cancels the event, we’ll refund your full booking fee.
- Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
- If you need a visa invitation letter, we’re happy to provide one once your booking is confirmed — please note we’re unable to offer refunds after a letter has been issued.
