This event-specific policy overrides Veritern’s general Terms & Conditions.
We’re building this with care — and we’ll only run it if there’s enough shared momentum. That means your early interest is more than welcome; it’s vital.

Refund & Flexibility
- Cancel with a full refund up to 14 days in advance.
- Cancel 7–14 days ahead for a 50% refund.
- Within 7 days, no refund is possible — but your place can be transferred to another woman up to 48 hours before.
- If Veritern cancels, we’ll issue a full refund of the amount you paid.
- We are not able to cover external costs (e.g. travel or accommodation).
- If you need a visa invitation letter, we’re happy to provide one once your booking is confirmed — please note we’re unable to offer refunds after a letter has been issued.
